Do you love that feminine scalloped look in a quilt? These quilts accomplish that wonderful look without the time and work of cutting a scalloped border and applying bias binding. This quilt is a BREEZE! A beautiful fabric for the center with scallops placed on the border and quick as a wink your quilt’s done! The scallops are cut individually, so placement is very simple.
